Electricians required to start immediately on a large social housing voids scheme in Chesterfield. This contract is for 3 years work.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties are electrical re-wires and alteration works in void properties.
The working hours are 40 per week, the hourly rate is £28 - £29 per hour CIS/Umbrella.
There is street parking on site.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
* 18th Edition
* Social Housing Experience
* Own Tools
* Own transport
* Must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
