Join our Living Places team as a Buildings and Fleet Supervisor on our Buckinghamshire Highways framework and you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you. This role will be managing and supervising the upgrade and maintenance of the buildings and facilities on the Buckinghamshire Highways Contract, to ensure works are completed to agreed timescales and budget. What you'll be doing As Buildings and Fleet Supervisor, you will have the following accountabilities: Planning and coordination of all installations and refurbishments across all depot locations Ongoing Building maintenance Manage plant levels and arrange off hires of unused equipment Responsible for depot policies, risk assessments etc. Ensuring operational fleet vehicles are safe, clean and well maintained. Management of the calibration of tools & equipment (inc Lifting, spreaders, CATs, Weighbridge) Responsible for depot and building security across all depots and buildings including the upkeep of any associated security system. Who we're looking for You will have the following: Knowledge and experience of fleet management and basic building maintenance Excellent organization skills with the ability to coordinate projects and multiple contractors where necessary Full clean driving licence - HGV Cat C preferable Emergency First Aid At Work Ability to work in a team Good verbal communication skills.
