1. Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges
2. Creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive
3. Supporting the development of pupils' social skills, emotional wellbeing, and academic progress
4. Assisting with classroom setup, learning resources, and maintaining a positive learning space
5. Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support and track pupil progress

7. Can communicate clearly and confidently with pupils, staff, and families
