Chef De Partie - High Volume Pub - £32-33k
Based near Guildford, Surrey
Chef De Partie needed due for a village gastro Pub on the outskirts of Guildford.
This prestigious pub uses high quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients to cater to a very high level. They want to put a focus on fresh food and a good volume, rather than fine dining. This is a great opportunity as the owner also owns a number of other restaurants.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Chef De Partie (Near Guildford, Surrey):
? Implement Health & Safety legislation and COSHH at all times
? Cater for the casual dining restaurant during the day
? Cooking and preparation of high quality meals for potentially large volumes of customers
Responsibilities
? Working with the more junior members of staff and training them
? Using fresh ingredients to make good, quality food.
What you need to be successful in the Chef De Partie role (Near Guildford, Surrey):
* Past experience working in a fresh food environment
* Excellent communication and able to work as part of a team
* Experience in costing and management of staff
* Works well under pressure
* Passionate personality that will reflect in your food and your team members
