Registered Care Home Manager – Nurse We are recruiting an experienced and clinically strong Registered Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) to lead a well-established nursing and residential care home providing high-quality care for residents with dementia and general nursing needs. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop multidisciplinary care and nursing teams. Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, audits, and governance frameworks. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Drive positive CQC outcomes, operational performance, and staff retention. Requirements: Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with an active NMC PIN. Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager within a nursing home environment. Experience managing a medium to large service (60 beds preferred). Strong operational background with demonstrable CQC compliance. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
