Ottolenghi is well-known for its loyal following and reputation for exceptional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Our vibrant Bicester Village deli and restaurant is looking for a passionate and versatile Front of House Team Member to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop skills across multiple areas of hospitality. As a Front of House Team Member at Ottolenghi,you'll rotate between roles such as deli shop assistant,waiter,and bartender – helping to bring the full Ottolenghi experience to life.
What you'll do:
* Deliver warm,attentive,and professional service to every guest.
* Provide excellent customer service at the deli counter,guiding guests through our dishes and products.
* Take orders and serve food and drinks with efficiency and care.
* Prepare and serve a range of beverages at the bar.
* Ensure all areas of the FOH – from tables to counters – are clean,organised,and beautifully presented.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep service running smoothly,especially during busy periods.
What we're looking for:
* Passion for food,hospitality,and creating memorable guest experiences.
* A friendly communicator with a positive,engaging personality.
* Experience in hospitality (restaurant,café,bar,or retail) is ideal,but a can-do attitude is just as important.
* Flexibility,multitasking skills,and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
