Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
* Provide care and support in the community, including assistance with mobility and daily activities
* Support activities such as outings to cinema, meals out, shopping, concerts and events
* Follow care plans, risk reduction measures and dietary requirements as applicable
* Work with individuals who may use wheelchairs and require assistance with independence
Qualifications & Skills

Role Details
* Shifts available include 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, 8am-10pm, 9am-2pm, 12pm-7pm, 11am-6pm, 22:00-09:00 (2 waking night shifts)
* Based in one location; car driver not required
* Salary: £12.62 per hour
