A new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to scope, plan, and deliver marketing and communications activities to promote our Talking Therapy services as part of Total Wellbeing Luton.

You’ll be based in our central Luton hub, with some home working available. Reporting into the Central Marketing team, you’ll also be part of a wider community of marketing professionals in the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
With specific targets to reach for the number of people using the service, you’ll need to create communications and execute marketing activities using online and offline channels to drive demand from specific population groups in the community.
You will do this by:
* Identifying target audiences and effective outreach methods
* Delivering promotional activities to increase referrals, including community outreach
* Creating and executing a content strategy to build communities and increase workshop registrations
* Developing messages that resonate with different audiences
* Reporting on activity linked to the communications plan and performance metrics
* Managing and updating the service website
* Managing social media accounts and creating content
* Developing local mental health awareness campaigns alongside the service lead
* Liaising with local authorities, public health, commissioners, and healthcare professionals to build relationships and disseminate communications
* Highlighting concerns and proposing solutions as appropriate
* Training and upskilling staff to produce their own communications when needed
* Attending and contributing to relevant meetings such as performance reviews and marketing updates
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in marketing or communications, including creating online and offline content, and managing social media accounts independently.
Sector experience isn’t necessary, but understanding the needs of the people we support is preferred.
* You should be comfortable writing your own copy, designing assets, and presenting your work to stakeholders
* You should be results-driven and pragmatic in achieving objectives
* You should enjoy autonomy while being collaborative and inclusive of ideas
* Organization and attention to detail are essential
* You should be able to craft engaging stories creatively
* Positivity, resourcefulness, and action-orientation are important qualities
