Tender Supply Analyst - Europe Fuel Operations
Location: Canary Wharf, One Canada Square
Join a Global Leader in Energy & Logistics. As a Tender Supply Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective supply of bulk fuel to our Commercial and General Aviation customers across Europe. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and wants to make a real impact in the energy and commodities space.
Responsibilities
* Support the European Supply and Bulk Sales teams with data, analysis, and coordination
* Manage tender processes and input pricing data into our Tender Management System (TMS)
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate contract setup and pricing
* Handle invoice queries and assist with partner onboarding
* Monitor market conditions and adjust system quote levels accordingly
* Collaborate across departments to support niche sales opportunities and strategic tenders
* Use tools like Oracle CXL and TMS for reporting and analysis
Qualifications
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities
* Team player with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
* Passion for supply chain and the commodities industry
Desirable Skills
* Understanding of hedging and price risk management
* Experience in fuel supply chain or energy logistics
* Degree-qualified or equivalent industry experience
* Additional European languages are a plus
