The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Human Resources, you will:
1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
2. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
3. Source, screen and place high-caliber Human Resources professionals, primarily focusing on all levels of experience from part-qualified roles to Director level.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
5. Contribute to our sales growth strategy across the Midlands region
What We're Looking For
6. Proven recruitment experience, particularly in Human Resources sectors
7. Strong understanding of the HR professional market
8. Strong business development skills with a track record of client acquisition
9. Excellent candidate assessment abilities
10. Commercial awareness and understanding of the Midlands market
11. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
12. Great communication skills and professionalism
