A leading logistics operator is expanding its Air & Sea division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive national growth. This role focuses on securing new Air & Sea freight business, developing high-value opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and secure new Air & Sea freight customers
* Generate, qualify, and manage high-potential leads
* Plan and execute sales activity through calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings
* Attend client and internal meetings to support commercial strategy
* Possess deep product knowledge across Air & Sea services
* Act as a professional brand representative and contribute to a high-performance culture
Ideal Candidate
* Proven B2B freight forwarding or logistics sales experience (3+ years preferred)
* Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident working independently
* Full clean driving licence
