We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who can work in various locations throughout the region. You will work with the elderly, adults with learning difficulties, autism, and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and safeguarding to vulnerable individuals.
· Perform domestic duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
· Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
· PVG certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
· Membership with SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council).
· SVQ 2 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
· Considerate and empathetic nature.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Flexibility and reliability.
· Understanding of hygiene standards.
Pay and Benefits:
· Weekly pay ranging from £12.00 to £13.65, depending on shift pattern and experience.
