Consultant Psychiatrist – MHSOP MRH CMHT We are now seeking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our MHSOP MRH CMHT on a full‑time or part‑time basis.

Responsibilities
Deliver the highest quality of clinical care to patients and carers.
Work in partnership at both strategic and operational levels with relevant and external stakeholders.
Ensure that people who use services, carers, and advocates are treated with respect and dignity.
Provide excellent clinical leadership and actively develop your team, offering expert advice to hospital and community specialists, managers, and directors on needs for delivering excellent care and strategic directions.
Maintain continuing responsibility for the care of patients and the proper functioning of the department.
Liaise with general practitioners, hospital and community specialists, and other agencies wherever relevant.
Engage with the development of your Job Plan.
Qualifications Consultant Psychiatrist with relevant experience and qualifications in mental health and community care.
