Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and developments.
* Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions, and environmental reports.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for property transactions.
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments.
* Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases.
* Work closely with clients, solicitors, and other professionals on property transactions.
* Stay updated on property law changes to provide informed advice.
* Manage a varied caseload with precision and efficiency.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and legal requirements.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* Minimum 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property
