Housekeeper
Location: Hartwell, Northampton
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6 hours per week (10am - 4pm every Sunday)
The Oakleaf Group is currently recruiting for a part-time, experienced Housekeeper. The role involves working 6 hours per week, with the flexibility to provide cover as needed.
Role Overview:
To work as part of our care delivery team, maintaining high standards of Resident Care. The Housekeeper will assist in delivering a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff, reporting to the Home Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Follow directions from Nurse and Home Manager
* Clean and tidy all areas to a high standard
* Work according to an agreed timetable
* Maintain the building's fabric and safety standards
* Ensure health and safety policies are followed
* Assist with additional cleaning needs
* Respond to environmental audit action plans
* Monitor stock usage and adhere to COSHH guidelines
* Manage weekly stock orders
* Participate in deep cleaning routines
* Handle minor spillages and clean carpets as needed
* Empty bins and manage waste
* Follow infection control protocols
* Report faulty equipment and untoward incidents
* Participate as a team member and communicate effectively
* Maintain resident confidentiality and data protection
* Keep training and certifications up to date
* Monitor pest control and report issues
* Secure keys and monitor environment safety
* Undertake training for personal and organizational development
