Job Description
* Raise and oversee purchase orders
* Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouses for smooth delivery
* Ensure all import, supplier, and freight documentation is accurate and complete
* Monitor and advise on stock levels, managing order lead times
* Conduct monthly and annual stock takes
* Generate management reports on stock and purchasing using Sage and Excel
* Identify and implement process improvements
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a stock or inventory control position
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
* Solid Excel skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* A genuine interest in premium wines and spirits is advantageous
