As a Bespoke Paint supervisor, you will oversee the bespoke paint operational team and the end-to-end process on a shift rotation. WHAT TO EXPECT You will have a combination of paint, manufacturing, engineering and leadership experience and will be joining a passionate team who deliver JLR’s world class products for our VIP customers. Here is what else to expect. • You will supervise the end-to-end customised paint process and ensure that the associated Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment metrics are achieved • Daily task management of the team • Achieve Productivity targets through the application of Lean Master Class tooling • Contribute to the development of the operational and strategic plans to improve the current facility and process • Supervising a team of skilled painters to ensure achievement of Quality and production objectives are achieved WHAT YOU’LL NEED Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including: • An Understanding of Engineering/Manufacturing Processes, Tools and Techniques • A Working knowledge and experience of delivering safety and planned customer delivery metrics • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong influencing and engagement skills • An effective team player, actively developing and supporting team members • The ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility Please note that this role will relocate to our Castle Bromwich site in August 2026.
