Commercialisation Manager

A standout opportunity to join a leading managing agent at a major, high-footfall shopping centre. This role is perfect for someone stepping into commercialisation or looking to grow within one of the sector’s fastest-expanding disciplines.
You’ll drive income across kiosks, pop-ups, media, vending, services and new initiatives, shaping the centre’s commercial offer and delivering visible impact every day.
What you’ll do:
~ Identify new commercial opportunities - Source brands, approach partners, unlock under-used spaces and introduce income-generating concepts.
~ Manage day-to-day activity - Negotiate terms, coordinate bookings and produce accurate leases, agreements and documentation.
~ Build key relationships - Act as the on-site contact for traders and partners, working closely with centre management to ensure seamless delivery.
~ Own the numbers - Support budgets and forecasts, track income performance and assist with debt management.
~ Drive quality & innovation - Benchmark against the market, spot improvements and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Salary & Benefits
Up to £35,000 (with flexibility for exceptional candidates) plus a £3,000 annual car allowance.
