Primary SEN Teacher – Waterlooville

Are you a dedicated and nurturing teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Teacher to work exclusively with a small group of pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities in our friendly and inclusive primary school in Waterlooville.

You will:
* Teach and support a small group of pupils with diverse SEN profiles, including those working significantly below age-related expectations.
* Plan and deliver highly differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Work closely with our SENCo, support staff, and external professionals to ensure every child’s progress and wellbeing.
* Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
About You
We’re looking for a teacher who:
* Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to meeting the needs of all learners.
* Has experience working with children with SEN (for example, ASD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs).
* Can adapt teaching approaches creatively and flexibly.
* Brings warmth, patience, and a sense of humour to the role.
* (ECTs with relevant experience or strong SEN interest are welcome to apply.)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
