HGV 1 ADR DriverLocation: BurslemPay Rate: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour, paid weekly every WednesdayHours: 6am start, 50 - 55 hours a week.We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced HGV 1 ADR Driver for our client in Burslem.Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV 1 vehicle in compliance with all relevant traffic laws and regulations.- Transport hazardous materials in accordance with ADR regulations and ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and procedures.- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition.- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing techniques are implemented.- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.Qualifications:- Valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) driving license with a minimum of 2 years for insurance purposes.- ADR certificate is essential.- Previous experience in transporting hazardous materials is highly desirable.- A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points on your license.- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.This position is offering a competitive pay rate of £18.00 - £19.00 per hour.
