Role Summary: The Delivery Manager works at The King's Trust to lead frontline delivery of youth programmes across Dundee and Scotland, ensuring high‑quality, inclusive services for 16‑30 year olds.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of youth programmes; manage programme partners; oversee Foundations, Get a and Development Awards initiatives; provide line management to a dynamic team working directly with young people or through programmes; ensure delivery plans meet the needs of the High Need area of Dundee; drive service improvement and strategic partnership development; engage and adapt to challenges with optimism, resilience and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven line management experience leading dynamic teams working with young people; strategic mindset, experience in managing programmes and partnerships; passion for purpose, flexible working attitudes and strong communication skills;
