With no day ever being the same the Operations Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Take full accountability for operational, financial, safety, and environmental performance
2. Lead and develop the management team, including Supervisors, Managers and Maintenance teams
3. Oversee site Profit & Loss, cost centres, and operational expenditure.
4. Oversee all people management across sites
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
5. Proven experience in an operations manager role.
6. Expert knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
7. Proven track record of change management, process improvement, and delivering results.
