Salary: Up to £26,111 FTE (actual £16,160.51) + Pension
Join our Outstanding Supported Studies team and help learners with diverse needs achieve their goals. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide tailored in class and out of class support, help deliver inclusive learning, and promote independence for students with a range of additional needs.
What you’ll do
•Support learners in line with EHCPs and individual targets
•Assist teaching staff and use assistive technology to enhance learning
•Provide 1:1 and small group study skills and pastoral support
•Help with communication, mobility, personal care, and medication where required
•Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews
•Support students with work experience placements
•Uphold safeguarding, EDI, and health & safety standards

Who we’re looking for
Someone patient, proactive, and committed to helping young people overcome barriers and succeed. Experience in education or SEND is welcome but not essential.
