A day in the life of…
As Food & Beverage Guest Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including buffet breakfast delivery, creating new menus with branded templates, and managing allergen information on our allergen matrix. You will also handle liquor orders and stock control according to company guidelines. Acting as Manager on Duty, you will ensure smooth shift operations and team management, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence without overworking.
