As a General ETA, you will:
* ?? Support learning in the classroom - Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* ?? Work 1:1 or in small groups - Provide targeted support to pupils who need an extra helping hand.
* ?? Promote positive behaviour - Help create a calm, inclusive and productive learning environment.
