Pro4orm People ltd have partnered with a global pharmaceutical company in the search for a Brand Manager. They are looking for someone with a strong background in brand management or marketing specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of a branded therapy area for the company, across three products.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office, based in Watford.
Main responsibilities
* Develop and produce marketing plans - prepare the marketing plan for specific therapy area. Define the marketing strategies and develop the plan to commercialise the brands through promotional campaigns utilising the full marketing mix.
* Budget management - ensure promotional campaigns are within agreed spending budgets and timelines.
* Sales force engagement - work closely with sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are developed and implemented to ensure optimum results.
* Forecast management - support the UK Sales & Marketing Director with forecasting, tracking and budgeting.
* KOL Development - support the sales team (primary care and market access/ secondary are) with Key Opinion Leader development.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Digital or Omni channel marketing is desirable.
* Solid marketing experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
* Ability to develop content for Brand plan/ vision.
* Experience of translating a strategic plan into tactical action points and drive projects.
* Strong analytical skills to develop market insights.
* Great communication and relationship building with external/ internal stakeholders.
* Collaborative working
* Confident to challenge status quo and think at a higher strategic level.
* Additional marketing qualifications or courses are desirable.
