We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at The Vet Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Provide a positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets.
* Assist with customer service on rota within opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-3pm).
* Approach customers confidently to ensure a high-quality experience.
* Support the team with training and development opportunities where applicable.
Requirements / What we’re looking for
* Strong customer service focus and the ability to create a positive customer experience.
* Comfortable approaching customers with a friendly and professional manner.
* Willingness to work 19.5 hours per week (two days per week and 1 in 4 weekends) on a rota basis.
* Ability to participate in CPD for veterinary reception teams via BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
