As a Care Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient management of the home. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks and ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
The Care Home Administrator will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
1. Data collection for invoicing
2. Following up on non-payment of fees
3. Collating information for payroll
4. Providing clerical support to the General Manager
5. Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of three years of business administration experience
* Confidence with computers
* Effective interpersonal skills
* The ability to prioritize their workload
