*We do not offer sponsorship * We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our care team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting individuals with diverse needs and requirements and provide personalised support and care to service users, promoting independence and well-being. You will: Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs. Support with daily living activities, assist with meal preparation, medication administration and household duties. Monitor physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns appropriately. Promote social inclusion by encouraging activities, assisting in planning and then support with carrying out these activities. Be able to managing challenging behaviours with professionalism and empathy Building strong, trusting relationships through consistent and person-centred support Assist in ensuring risk assessments are followed and implement safeguarding procedures. Maintain accurate care records, reports, and documentation. Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. Requirements: Experience in a support worker role, preferably with people with LD/Mental health/Challenging Behaviours. Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and care planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings. Passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a positive difference. Zero hours contract - full time/Part time hours are available Shifts would generally be 12hrs 8-8 ( days and Nights ) Nights are wake nights.
