* Experience in B2B sales, commercial, or maritime sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to grow revenue and build relationships.
* Proactive, driven, and results-focused.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Preferably from a shipping or freight industry.
