Our client, is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician with aspirations to further develop their skills

Salary: £41,907 Basic | £48,000 OTE uncapped, based on time saved
45 hrs per week | Weekends on a rota

In this role:
* You'll carry out a range of maintenance work on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty, and repair work.
* You'll complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs safely and efficiently, working in line with manufacturer standards.
* You'll support the less skilled Technicians in diagnosing all types of issues, guiding them on being highly efficient.
We're looking for:
* Someone qualified as a Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Someone with exposure to both complex diagnostic and servicing work, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
* Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
* Most importantly, someone with a mentor mindset, happy to share their knowledge and expertise with the workshop.
