The Role
:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be handling the full spectrum of conveyancing tasks for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing transfers of equity and remortgage procedures.
2. Conducting thorough title checks and generating detailed search reports.
3. Managing inquiries and stamp duty protocols.
4. Navigating the complexities of leasehold sales/purchases, including the issuance of leases and the regulation of landlord and tenant dynamics.
5. Engaging in lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and refinancing activities.
6. Playing an active role in business development initiatives.
7. Ensuring the smooth acquisition and sale of businesses, alongside drafting utilities agreements.
Requirements:
8. Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.
9. Experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
10. Ability to independently manage a comprehensive caseload.
11. Exceptional organisational skills and the discipline to thrive in a bustling environment.
12. Presentable appearance and technical skills would be beneficial.
