Housekeeping Assistant at HC One
In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC-One, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give back to those people.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be reflected in the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people are equally important. You should be a good communicator, skilled at listening and giving instructions, and always considerate and kind in your interactions with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be proactive in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
We offer full training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:
* Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
