Key Duties
* Work autonomously within the job plan, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, and handling queries, paperwork, and correspondence from patients or other healthcare workers.
* Actioning blood test results and incoming clinical documents.
* Assessing healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
* Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
* Developing care plans in consultation with patients.
* Recording clear consultation notes to standard.
* Prescribing in accordance with practice protocols where appropriate.

* Salary up to approximately £11,000 per session, per annum, depending on experience.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
* MRCGP with license to practice as a GP.
* Ideal candidate will have two years post-training experience.
