Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across the organization.
Your Role
Architecture Strategy & Governance
* Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards.
* Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
* Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic planning.
* Guide the integration of systems, platforms, and data across business units.
* Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into technology strategies.
* Communicate architectural vision and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Ensure architecture supports robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
* Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to scalability, performance, and interoperability.

* Banking solution experience is must
* Understanding of General Ledger, Payments, Accounts area
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
* Banking domain experience is must
* Proven experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, and data architecture.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills (Not mandatory)
* Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or similar.
* Experience in digital transformation, business process Modeling, and agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
