Role: Team Administrator / Team Assistant Employment Type: 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract; 30-37.5 hours per week Business Unit: Shared Services Location: Macclesfield (minimum 2 days per week) ​ About Us Established in 2005, Bioscript Group is formed from multiple, specialist businesses to support our global pharmaceutical clients; we draw on their multidisciplinary expertise to help navigate critical decisions at key points in the product lifecycle. ​ Our scientific and strategic expertise help our clients make better decisions. We provide medical communication services, market access consulting and regulatory writing support with deep domain expertise to effectively navigate complex disease areas. ​ The Opportunity As a Team Administrator/Team Assistant at Bioscript Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a variety of tasks, and contribute to the success of our dynamic business. You’ll be empowered to take initiative, develop your organisational skills, and make a real impact by enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. ​ This is a 15-month Fixed-Term Contract. The successful candidate must be available to start at the start of February 2026 to allow for a thorough handover. ​ Key Responsibilities Supporting the Executive Assistant with company processes Booking travel for Senior Leadership Team Shared diary management for Senior Leadership Team Assisting Executive Assistant with organising internal and external company events Processing expenses and managing excel trackers Preparing high-quality reports and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Maintaining accurate records, databases, and onboarding admin Organising and managing meeting rooms Assist with organising office based social events and participation in the ESG committee Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team with varied admin support ​ About You Proven experience as an Administrator or Team Assistant in a corporate setting Strong organisations skills and a willingness to get stuck in Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A positive team player who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders ​ Please note, this role will be based a minimum 2 days per week from our Macclesfield office.
