The Role:
Teach Dance across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available depending on experience)
Deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that develop technique, performance, and choreographic skills
Support students in preparing for assessments, showcases, and school performances
Contribute to the wider performing arts department and lead extracurricular activities such as dance clubs and productions
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related discipline
Strong technical and theoretical knowledge of dance styles and curriculum
Excellent classroom and behaviour management
Passion for inspiring students through movement and performance
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
