Working closely with the Tax Partner and senior team, you’ll help deliver high-quality tax compliance and bespoke planning solutions while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, sole traders, partnerships, trusts, and estates
* Oversee all aspects of personal tax compliance, including Self Assessment tax returns, CGT on UK property, P11D submissions, ATED, and Employment Related Securities filings
* Liaise with clients and HMRC on a range of tax issues, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution
* Support the Tax Partner and Manager on ad hoc tax advisory work, including capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and trust planning
* Supervise junior team members, reviewing their work and assisting in their development
* Work as part of a cohesive team to ensure tax returns are completed and filed ahead of statutory deadlines
* Contribute to team development and take part in continuous technical learning and professional development

Candidate Requirements
* At least 5 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice with a focus on personal tax
* CTA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong working knowledge of personal tax compliance, CGT, trusts, and employment-related tax matters
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing technical knowledge and advisory capability
* A team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service excellence
