Job Description We’re looking for you to join us as Planning Administrator, at our Greenford site to work in partnership with our site operation teams to ensure efficient plans are effectively implemented to provide high service levels. This role is reporting into Warehouse Planning Manager Key Responsibilities Ensuring the provision of effective and efficient warehouse plans whilst achieving all budgeted KPIs Preparing peak plans for both customer and on-site team Responsibility for warehouse planning labour resources Reviewing and planning for continual improvement within all aspects of the operation Carrying out planning and forecasting, taking into consideration seasonal changes and fluctuation in volumes Managing daily/weekly/periodic production of the performance data to support operation team Ensure all training is in place to maintain optimum performance and ensure compliance. Producing, maintaining and reviewing colleague’s rotas. Working closely with warehouse managers to ensure the smooth running of the operation. What will you bring to our team? Comfortable working on your own initiative in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be PC literate and competent in use of Microsoft packages such as Excel. A flexible and team-based approach to working.
