Senior Sales Advisor
to help lead their customer journey from first contact through to completion.
Description of the role:
Guiding customers through the full sales process in person, via email, and over the phone.
Offering tailored advice on products, design, and technical queries.
Creating quotations, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales support.
Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring resolution to the highest standards.
Supporting and mentoring the wider sales team, including training new starters.
Using the CRM system to update customer records and sales activity.
Managing sample requests and showroom visits, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported.
About you:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused role.
Background in luxury retail, interiors, or design (highly desirable).
A natural communicator-confident, articulate, and customer-focused.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and positive in a fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
