ABOUT YOU
You arean experienced, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager, who will be generating new leads, identifying new opportunities, meeting clients and closing business deals for our exciting management systems range of products.
Required skills and experience:
1. Substantial B2B sales experience, ideally selling similar products or solutions
2. Solid understanding of concepts of sales forecasting, pipeline management, conversion rates and sales planning
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of hitting targets, KPIs
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
7. Good IT skills, including experience of working with a CRM system
8. Full driving license and own car is desirable for occasional client visits and office team meetings

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The role involves making outbound calls to potential ISO Management Systems customers while meeting all relevant Activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, lead management, opportunity generation, client contact, and pipeline maintenance.
Key activities:
10. Outbound calling to potential ISO Management Systems customers
11. Meeting all relevant Activity Key Performance Indicators around, call volume, lead management, opportunity generation, client contact and pipeline maintenance
12. Delivering high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with clients
13. Closing deals and achieving sales targets
14. Updating Customer Relationship Management System
15. Network across the large Intertek organisation to create leads with colleagues
16. Hunt for new business in areas where trends have been identified
17. Strong Business to Business Selling, including physical and remote meetings
