My client, who is an award winning housing association, is looking for an experienced and professional caretaker/voids cleaner to assist with preparing properties for new tenants. Work will range from clearing, maintenance, gardening and cleaning void properties, safe use of cleaning materials and equipment and use of manual handling skills. You will also need to be results driven, able to work well under pressure and hold a full UK Driving license.
