About Our Client

Job Description

3. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Private Client team.
4. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
5. Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
6. Maintain and organise client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
7. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
8. Assist with billing processes and the preparation of invoices.
9. Carry out general office duties, including photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
10. Support other departments when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

11. Previous experience in a secretarial role within the Professional Services industry.
12. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. An understanding of legal terminology and procedures, particularly in Private Client matters.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
17. A professional and proactive approach to work.
