The Governing Body of Tondu Primary wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring Cover Supervisor to take a leading role in running our Nursery provision, working as part of a highly motivated and welcoming teaching team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners; supporting their early learning, development, and well-being, and helping them grow into confident, curious, and capable individuals who are ready to thrive in an ever-changing world.
The successful candidate will:
Lead and supervise the daily running of our Nursery provision.
Deliver engaging learning activities planned by the Foundation Phase Lead.
Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure every child is supported to reach their potential.

Passionate about early childhood development and education.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils.
Organised, flexible, and able to use their initiative in delivering planned activities.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
