are currently looking for an
Office Administrator
for one of our external clients located in
Blyth
. This client specialises in multimodal transport, logistics, warehousing and customs services, providing seamless import-export solutions across the UK and Europe.
Role Details
* Contract:
Temp to Perm (12 weeks temporary before permanent offer)
* Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
* Location:
Blyth, Northumberland
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
* Maintain accurate stock records, process orders, and monitor inventory levels.
* Prepare, process, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
* Input, update, and manage data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
* Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
* Support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of documents.
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies in stock, invoicing or data.
* Provide general office support, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting colleagues as required.

* Experience in a similar administrative role
