Ensure all visits take place on time and are assigned to the most suitable care workers according to clients’ needs. Provide care workers with all necessary and up‑to‑date information regarding client visits and company policies. Receive and record information from care workers—verbally and in writing—within agreed timelines. Coordinate care worker review meetings and team meetings, ensuring they take place as scheduled. Cross‑check actual visits against planned schedules to ensure accuracy. Support improvements in service monitoring, quality assurance, and client safety. Assist Care Managers in sharing daily updates, visit changes, and key information with care staff. Answer phone calls and text messages, take messages, and redirect communications appropriately. Ideal Candidate Qualities Confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Discreet and able to handle confidential matters sensitively. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills; always professional, polite, and supportive. Previous experience in care coordination or care services is desirable.
