Residential Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Provide high-quality advice and service to clients, maintaining excellent client relationships
* Handle transactions independently, with full responsibility for progressing cases and meeting deadlines
* Work closely with the team to support business development and firm growth
* Take advantage of the opportunity to shape the firm’s future and be part of the succession planning process

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal requirements
* Ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload, and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* A proactive, motivated attitude with a passion for developing your career and growing within the firm
