We've built a reputation for reliability and customer service — and now we're growing. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our commercial client base.
Summary
As our Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of generating new business in the commercial security sector. You'll work independently to identify leads, conduct site visits, and close deals for installations and ongoing services.
Responsibilities
* Identify, contact, and convert new commercial leads
* Promote our full range of security solutions and services
* Visit clients on-site to assess needs and offer tailored solutions
* Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
* Close deals and hand over to our technical team
* Track activity and performance in our CRM system
* Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

What we Offer
* Base salary of £35,000–£40,000 (DOE)
* 10–15% commission on all new revenue (uncapped)
* On-target earnings of £60,000–£75,000+

About You
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Experience in the security, fire, electrical, or facilities sectors is ideal
* Comfortable managing the full sales process — from lead to close
* Driven, organised, and confident dealing with business owners and managers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
Preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of Intruder alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Safety systems
