Description:
1. Having passed your introductory period: required to have learned the fundamentals of bladder manufacturing with continual improvement in finished quality of product.
2. Manufacturing of a less complex or standard bladder manufactured from standard materials to the required quality with some assistance.
3. Display good time management skills by maintaining schedule throughout the production of bladders with only some assistance.
4. Help the Production Manager by completing general duties.
5. Liaise with the Level 1 Cell Production Technicians to gain on-the-job training in all manufacturing processes to continually improve skills and efficiency levels and to be able to progress to more difficult cells and levels.
6. Quality assurance of work to ensure high-quality bladder production; some non-conformances are to be expected but should be self-found and reported.
Duties and Responsibilities
7. Ownership of jobs throughout cell production.
8. Ownership of tools and equipment reporting any concerns immediately.
9. Shared ownership of workspace preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
10. Immediate escalation of schedule, health and safety or technical concerns through the correct channels.
11. Understanding of all stage checks.
12. Complete Cell Production training fundamentals.
13. Excellent time management skills.
14. Strong attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
15. Team player who understands how missed deadlines affect others.
16. Hard working and committed to complete each build.
17. Approachable and willing to assist others.
18. Confidence to communicate progress to relevant colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills
19. English spoken and written, fluently (Must)
20. Educated to GCSE level as a minimum (Must)
21. Relevant practical experience (Must)
22. One year of relevant professional experience (Nice to Have)
