\n\nJob Title: Facilities Coordinator\n \nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in London.\n \nThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services.\n\nKey Tasks \n\nPrimary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA's in accordance with KPI & Output measurements\nCo-ordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements.\nSupport/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities.\nComply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy.\nEnsure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards.\nMonitor and maintain stationery levels, post-room activity and other office facilities such as the printer and AV equipment.\nCo-ordinate site waste and recycling arrangements\nCarry out statutory fire testing and associated checks.\nCo-ordinate with Security and report any faults on access entry system where necessary.\nRaise Purchase Orders for goods or services as required.\nApprove invoices; goods received notes and statements for payment purposes.\nProvide and arrange cover for the FM team as defined by line management.\nPerson Specification \n\nKnowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.\nStrong PC skills, MS Office.\nGood administrative skills.\nWell organised and good prioritisation and planning skills\nEnsuring that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner.\nPractical experience in working with supply partners.\nCustomer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels
